SHIPPING

Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled please ensure that you’re ordering the correct items.

Please allow 3-4 business days for order processing and verification. Shipping times will be affected during public holidays (postal closings); and during the months of October through December is one of busy season times which may delay typical shipping times. This is outside our control however, normal service resumes immediately after each holiday. If you need your items by a specific date, please be sure to order within plenty of time so delays can be avoided.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

Due to our warehouse system your order may be shipped in different packages. We will continuely update you regarding the status of your order via email notifications and tracking number information updates.

We cannot  change or intercept a package to alter the delivery. We will only ship to address provided at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive notice via email.

All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS. We will email you tracking info as soon as the order is shipped. We do not ship internationally.

ORDER DELIVERY TIME:

All orders are shipped standard shipping via USPS & Delivered 5-10  business days from time order is processed.

Be prepared for delays due to Covid-19. Our fulfillment time will be longer than usual. We understand this is difficult for everyone. Our staff is working diligently to get all orders out in a timely manner.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Unfortunately sometimes, once shipped, packages go missing or are marked as delivered, yet you have not received them. In this case, you should contact USPS and file a lost or stolen package claim online at USPS Missing Mail.

TRACKING

Please allow up to 5 business days for a tracking link to appear in your email. If you have not received a tracking email by that time, contact us.
