Due to the exclusivity and limited availability for some of our items, all sales are considered FINAL upon receipt of payment unless it falls under fault of JEK COLLECTIONS. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE – NO EXCEPTIONS. We do not provide refunds, however, returns are accepted within 12 days and subject to store credit.

Returns must be returned within 12 days from the shipment received date. Please submit your return here.
Returns will automatically be issued a store credit in the form of an e-gift card unless the return is caused by JEK COLLECTIONS.
Returns received more than 12 days after the date of shipment received will be refused and returned to sender. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Store credit can be used immediately and never expires.
All items returned must be in new and unused condition in the original boxes or bags and must include all original hang tags.
JEK COLLECTIONS has full authority to refuse a return/refund if the returned merchandise does not meet the standards of new or unused condition with original, undamaged boxes and hangtags, or our return policy.
If your return is not accepted, the order may be shipped back to you.
If your return is not accepted and you do not wish to receive the returned item back, you may agree to a restocking fee of 25% of the total cost of the order items. Restocking fees will be deducted from the refund total and issued in the form of an e-gift card.
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your items unless the return falls under the fault of JEK COLLECTIONS.
Underwear, bodysuits, swimwear, and sale items will NOT be accepted – FINAL SALE!
Refunds will ONLY be processed in the original form of payment used on the initial order when a return falls under the fault of JEK COLLECTIONS. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. We will process the refund within 5-7 business days once it is received by our Distribution Center.
Damaged or defective orders may be returned for a full refund or replaced for the same style and reshipped free of charge. Replacements are subject to availability.
JEK COLLECTIONS is NOT liable for any packages that may become lost in transit or stolen. Contact USPS directly, should your return become lost or stolen.
If you are not available to receive or sign for your package, you will be responsible for contacting your local USPS to schedule re-delivery or pick up your shipment at your local USPS office. If you do not pick up your shipment in a timely manner or schedule a re-delivery, USPS will ship your package back to us.
We will notify you once we receive your shipment. You will be responsible for any shipping costs that apply to re-ship your order. Click HERE to purchase re-shipping postage and then send us an e-mail to SHOP@JEKCOLLECTIONS.COM with the re-ship order confirmation. Same applies for orders returned due to insufficient addresses.
