Our refund policy lasts 7 days. If you received a product in the wrong size or with a color problem, please fill out this form

- Merchandise Condition & Packaging – Items for Returns must be in the same condition in which they were received to ensure full credit. Items must be returned in original packaging, unworn, unwashed, free of makeup, stains, deodorant, or wear, including all accessories.
- Items that are on Sale cannot be returned or refunded.
- The returned items should be sent back to our warehouse address mentioned in communication emails, not the company address listed on package. The parcels sent to the wrong address will not be accepted.
- The return shipping fee is at customers’ own expense.
- The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene issues: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories.
- The returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept returned items that has been worned, damaged, washed or altered in any way, free of makeup or stains of any kind,.
- Returns will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package.
- Refunds will be issue back to your original payment method within 3-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuers.
- We aren’t liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
